Lukashenko approved draft agreement with Seychelles on air service
Head of State Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 359 on September 12th, approving a draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and Seychelles on air traffic as a basis for negotiations, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
The international agreement defines the conditions for carrying out flights, boarding and disembarking passengers, taking on board and unloading baggage, cargo and mail during international passenger, cargo and mail transportation.
The implementation of the document will ensure flight safety and the development of mutually beneficial co-operation with Seychelles in the field of air transport.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications has been authorised to negotiate and sign the draft agreement.
