Jubilee dairy industry forum kicked off in Minsk
Minsk is hosting the 10th anniversary forum – Belarus’ Dairy Industry – on October 23rd-24th, bringing together more than 400 delegates from Belarus, Russia, Turkiye, Singapore, Indonesia and over 50 authoritative speakers
The participants include heads and chief specialists of dairy enterprises, experts, solution providers, representatives of science and government agencies who will discuss the most pressing challenges and problems of the market. In the Year of Quality special attention will be paid to quality management of dairy raw materials and finished products, as well as export and innovations.
“Belarus’ Dairy Industry is a two-day event filled with serious work,” the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry noted. “Delegates are expected to have intense discussions, positive cases, breakthrough ideas and moments of creativity that will drive the dairy industry forward. The forum is celebrating its 10th anniversary, growing together with the whole industry and gaining weight and status. Today it is the main industry platform for professional communications, which covers dairy enterprises.”
The work is organised in sections: a plenary session, a technological workshop, a quality lab, net profit and smart marketing.
It is expected that the forum will first host the Cheese Showroom – a presentation-tasting of cheeses produced in Europe, Turkiye, Russia and Belarus. Experts will discuss their market prospects, new formats of presentation and modern packaging solutions.
During the round table discussion – A Straight Talk with Traders – producers will discuss the dynamics and forecast changes in prices for milk powder, whey and butter in the near and medium term. Experts from the SGS auditing agency will speak at the panel: How Audits and Certification to Various Standards Affect Quality and Open up New Markets.
