Fitness coach suggested 3 ways to lose weight
Losing weight is a complicated, incremental process. Sergei Gorbatko, experienced fitness coach and weight loss expert, revealed how you can lose 6-8 kilogrammes and make your waist as much as 7 centimetres slimmer.
1. No salt or seasonings
“Get used to eating unsalted meat and fish. You can, and probably should, eat a lot, to make your feel full and avoid craving more food,” said the expert.
2. More vegetables
“Stock up on seasonal vegetables: fresh, canned, frozen, or pickled, it doesn’t matter: they fill your stomach, but contain few calories and lots of vitamins,” Mr. Gorbatko explained.
3. Physical exercise
“Add 20 percent to the number of steps you take every week. Walking, by the way, is the easiest and most trouble-free way to spend energy and drop calories for most people,” he concluded.
These three simple things will help you lose weight without exhausting yourself with strict diets or harsh training regimens. Extra kilogrammes will disappear, making you feel better.
