Chibisov: US military strategy changed towards strengthening nuclear weapons

The US Congress demanded to increase the US nuclear arsenal in view of the possible outbreak of war with Russia and China using both conventional and nuclear weapons. Military analyst Igor Chibisov told the sb.by portal why the United States is predicting such an apocalyptic scenario.

“The United States is already losing to China in terms of economic indicators. America and its satellites from the countries of the collective West are also collectively inferior to the BRICS and SCO member states. But since they cannot maintain their economic and political hegemony at the same time, the only way out is to solve this problem by military means. With Russia in the West, the issue has now been settled by drawing it into the special military operation in Ukraine. Now, with all its might and means, the US needs to push China into an armed conflict with Taiwan. Yes, the US Army is the largest in the world, being a true expert in fighting local wars in small countries. American methods of conducting military operations are also known: scorched earth through aviation, missile and bomb strikes, bribing the leadership, as was the case in Iraq, or the opposition in Libya. The real indicator for the US Armed Forces was Afghanistan, when the whole world saw how they fled. In my opinion, the Russian army is the most combat-ready in the world, boasting combat experience gained in Syria, and most importantly, today in Ukraine. The US and NATO military are well aware that it is impossible to defeat Russia and its allies in a war with conventional weapons, without the use of nuclear forces. At the same time, only the United States and Russia have a nuclear triad: two countries with equal nuclear potential,” explained the expert.

“The US military strategy has shifted toward increased nuclear weapons because the United States and its allies do not have sufficient military power to simultaneously contain Russia and China. The US is trying to maintain its hegemony in the world by any means. However, the so-called world government will not allow them to do this through the hands of the military. After all, they, like no one else, understand that there will be no winners in a nuclear war, so it should not be unleashed,” he summed up.
