Economy Ministry has shed light on the social portrait of a Belarusian woman-entrepreneur, sb.by reports with reference to the Economy Ministry

It is noted that more than 2.2 thousand women are employed in the economy. Their share of in the field of entrepreneurship is 39.5 percent – rising by 8.9 percent against the 2020 level. The average portrait of a businesswoman suggests that she is aged 20-49 and lives in a city. She is married, has a higher or vocational education. She is raising one child or has no children.

According to the Economy Ministry, 30+ events aimed at the development of women's entrepreneurship are planned for 2025 in Belarus.
