Economy Ministry: India is one of Belarus' key partners in Asia

Belarus’ First Deputy Economy Minister Yuri Chebotar said India is one of the republic’s key partners in Asia as he met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Belarus, Alok Rajan Jha, the Economy Ministry reports

Yuri Chebotar noted that the volume of mutual trade in goods and services between Belarus and India is growing, and additional reserves for deepening bilateral co-operation lie in the intensification of investment activity.

"A number of investment projects are being discussed with the Indian side at present. They will act as an additional impetus in the development of dynamic and fruitful relations between our countries," the Economy Ministry said in a statement.
