CEC: training sessions for local election commissions take place across Belarus

Belarus continues to prepare for the upcoming Presidential election. In order to ensure all the electoral procedures are set up to the highest standard possible, training sessions for members of local election commissions are taking place across the country, sb.by reports citing the Central Election Commission (CEC).
The training sessions are focused on explaining electoral law norms to commission members, teaching them how to do electoral procedures correctly, modelling local election commission operations during early voting and on the election day.

Instructors use CEC-approved training materials, including a video lesson.
