Belarus, UAE discuss sports and tourism co-operation

Belarus’ Sports and Tourism Minister Sergei Kovalchuk has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to our country Ibrahim Salim Mohamed Al-Musharrah – as reported by Belarusian sports department in its Telegram channel

The parties discussed issues of topical areas of development of Belarus-UAE interaction in the sports and tourism industries.

During the meeting, the UAE Ambassador noted the similarity of the two states’ peoples, as well as the security and cleanliness of our country.

Moreover, Sergei Kovalchuk invited the national team of the United Arab Emirates to take part in the II CIS Games, which will be held in Belarus in August 2023.
