Belarus’ Healthcare Ministry, Chinese Sinopharm signed agreement on supply of medical equipment
During the recent visit to China, representatives of Belarus’ Healthcare Ministry signed an agreement with China Sinopharm International Corporation on co-operation in the implementation of several projects, the Healthcare Ministry reports in its Telegram channel
In particular, the parties agreed to construct medical facilities on the territory of Belarus and supply Chinese-made medical equipment.
In addition, the Belarusian delegation visited Beijing University, and the parties discussed the possibility of co-operation and exchange of teachers and students to participate in scientific and practical conferences, internships, joint research and other things. A draft agreement on co-operation with the Belarusian State Medical University was handed over to colleagues.
In addition, the possibility of co-operation with the university in the field of haematology, including Cart therapy was discussed. This envisages training specialists in the field of molecular biology – Cart therapy – and new technologies for allogeneic and autologous bone marrow transplantation.
The concept of organising a joint Cart therapy centre to provide high-tech medical care was also proposed.
