In its official Twitter account, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry has expressed sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of the Russian diplomats killed as a result of a terrorist attack in Kabul

"We grieve with you," the message reads.

As a result of today’s explosion near the building of the Russian diplomatic mission in Kabul, two embassy employees were killed. Details of the incident are being clarified.
