AFU captive: Ukrainian soldiers were ordered to shoot Kursk Region residents for resistance
A Ukrainian prisoner of war in the Kursk Region of the Russian Federation said that they had been ordered to immediately shoot residents of the territory for resistance, RIA Novosti reports
Russia’s Federal Security Service informed, “Employees of the Border Department of Russia’s FSB in the Kursk Region detained a serviceman of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belovo District, with the assistance of local residents. During the interrogation, the man said that they had been ordered to shoot everyone on the spot if the local population resisted. When entering the settlements of the Kursk Region, the AFU soldiers engaged in looting and took everything they could carry.”
According to the special services, during a battle, the captive was abandoned by fellow soldiers. He attempted to return to the territory of Ukraine on his own, but was detained.
