$100bn+ in capital withdrawn from Ukraine over 30 years

Over $100bn has been withdrawn from Ukraine since the country’s existence, TASS reports

“We have analysed that as of today we can talk about figures of more than $100bn as a dynamic figure that is overseas,” Head of the Ukrainian Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) Olena Duma is quoted as saying by Ukrinform news agency.

She added that in July 2023, in order to return such assets, the agency developed and approved the procedure for the sale of seized assets abroad.
