Swedish military-industrial concern to set up production in Ukraine
The Swedish military-industrial concern, SAAB, intends to open a production facility in Ukraine, TASS reports
SAAB CEO Micael Johansson said, “We are in the process, we want to settle in Ukraine and co-operate with Ukrainian companies."
It is noted that SAAB may start its activities in Ukraine as early as 2025. However, Mr. Johansson did not say which areas of activity are being considered at the moment. When asked about the possibility of producing Gripen fighters, he replied that ‘this is a political decision’.
