Children’s technoparks from Minsk, Pskov sign co-operation agreement

A delegation from the Russian Children’s Technopark Quantorium Pskov headed by its director Nadezhda Grigorieva has visited the National Children’s Technopark of Belarus to sign a co-operation agreement, sb.by reports citing the Belarusian technopark’s press service

“The meeting was a significant step in strengthening ties between the technoparks and expanding opportunities for young talents. As part of their visit, the delegation participants not only signed an agreement, but also had a unique opportunity to familiarise themselves with the training laboratories where classes in various areas are held. They talked to the students, who shared their impressions and spoke about the projects they will be working on during the January shift,” the press service noted.

It also added that the delegation was particularly interested in the developments in robotics, aerospace technologies and virtual and augmented reality presented by the students. In addition, the participants noted the high level of training and creativity of the students of educational shifts.

The two sides expressed their readiness to exchange experience and jointly implement projects aimed at developing technical skills among the younger generation.

“This co-operation implies a new impetus for educational programmes and the opening of additional opportunities for young inventors,” the technopark’s press service added.
