Sudan Ambassador: we are interested in adopting Belarus’ experience in the field of agriculture

Sudan is interested in the Belarusian agricultural experience – as stated by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Sudan to the Republic of Belarus, Mohammed Omer Musa Ali, at a meeting with Natalya Kochanova, the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly

According to the diplomat, Belarus and Sudan have already prepared roadmaps for co-operation, and special attention is paid to agriculture. “We want to gain experience from our Belarusian colleagues in this field. Sudan is a huge agricultural country, we have many opportunities for joint projects. There are a large number of fields in our country that need new technologies,” he said.

Mohammed Omer Musa Ali also noted that there are many other areas in which Belarus and Sudan can co-operate, including in the issues of countering Western sanctions.
