Strategies for promoting Belarusian dairy products to Chinese market discussed in Guangzhou
Consul General of Belarus in Guangzhou Andrei Popov has met with President of the Guangdong Imported Food Association Qi Yilong to discuss the prospects for the supply of Belarusian dairy products to China – as reported on the website of the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Guangzhou
The meeting was also attended by representatives of Babushkina Krynka JSC who provided the detailed information about the Belarusian enterprise, as well as the most promising commodity items for deliveries to China.
“A thorough exchange of views took place with the Chinese side on possible strategies for promoting Belarusian dairy products on the Chinese market,” the Consulate General added.
The Guangdong Imported Food Association is a professional association of food manufacturers, exporters, importers, agencies, distributors, enterprises and organisations from related industries, associations and some high-level influential experts. All of them are importers of food products.
The interaction between the two countries is actively developing in both directions. In early August, Belarus’ Deputy Economy Minister Dmitry Yaroshevich said that Chinese business retains an interest in expanding and strengthening its presence in Belarus.
