It is noted that chickpea-based mix, unlike traditional mix, does not contain substances that interfere with digestion and does not cause allergies. In addition, according to the scientists, until recently, protein for sports nutrition was fully imported into Russia. Therefore, they chose chickpeas as an alternative.

According to scientists, chickpeas are devoid of the disadvantages of soya and wheat, which are now used in the production of sports nutrition. Soybean seeds contain several types of trypsin protease inhibitors, substances that interfere with digestion. Wheat products contain gluten, which can cause allergies. Chickpeas, on the other hand, contain essential amino acids that are essential for the human body, especially those experiencing physical exertion, including leucine, lysine, methionine, threonine.
