Russian Foreign Intelligence Chief: ruling elite of the West is degrading
The ruling class in the West is professionally degrading, but their special services employ no laymen – as stated by the Chief of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, TASS reports
In an interview with the Natsionalnaya Oborona [National Defence] magazine, Mr. Naryshkin noted, “We see the professional degradation of the bureaucratic stratum, which for many years has been successfully presenting itself as a ruling class in the West. Only laypersons or scoundrels can participate in such a cynical political show. As for the western special services, I can assure you that laypersons are not allowed access there due to strict qualification requirements.”
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Chief added that the ‘mental block’ had mostly affected the leading countries of Europe, where presidents, prime ministers and chancellors constantly service the interests of globalist capital. “These interests, as you can see, are increasingly at odds with the state ones, as well as with welfare and needs of the population over the years. For example, an average European voter is all time explained that there is no greater happiness for them than to live poorly in order to save the environment, to share jobs with migrants in the name of tolerance, and to actually die in Donbass for Ukraine,” Mr. Naryshkin said.
