Zinaida Galkina, from the MTZ PR Department, commented, “We welcome about 40 foreign delegations every month, and we always prepare carefully for such visits – thinking over a programme of stay and organising a reception based on the generally accepted international protocol practice. Over the past two years, we have managed to return to the pre-pandemic level. Representatives of various countries, including from Asia and Africa, come to the Minsk Tractor Works.”
According to the expert, the diplomatic protocol establishes norms and rules of conduct. The order helps to clarify the relationship between the parties, accordingly, it contributes to quick decision-making.
“When business partners come to us, they explore opportunities that can cover the needs of a particular country or region,” Ms. Galkina added. “Many people get amazed how clearly and smoothly everything operates at the plant. Foreigners are impressed by our ability to create unique equipment on our own.”
