President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on his birthday, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

"In Belarus, you are known as a true patriot of Venezuela, who pursues a balanced policy aimed at the further development of the state and the growth of the well-being of its people," the message of congratulations reads. "The results of the successful Presidential election held on July 28th, 2024 demonstrated to the whole world the significant authority of your personality among Venezuelans."

The President expressed confidence that, under the leadership of Nicolas Maduro, the country will actively move forward on the path of consistent economic and social progress.

The exceptionally friendly nature of bilateral relations and the mutual desire to deepen co-operation between Minsk and Caracas is also confirmed by the recent meeting of the leaders of the two countries at the BRICS Summit in Kazan. "I hope that all the plans we have outlined for the near future will be fulfilled," the Belarusian leader stressed.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Nicolas Maduro good health, inexhaustible energy, happiness and further success in his responsible government activities.
