Lukashenko visiting Petrikov District on working trip
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko continues his working trip to the Gomel Region. Today, the Head of State is expected in the Petrikov District. In the field of the Polesie-Agroinvest agricultural enterprise, the President will be informed about the progress of field work in the country in general and in the region in particular. The President will inspect the sowing of winter cruciferous crops before visiting the Turok commercial farm to get acquainted with the technological process of raising young cattle.
Mozyr Oil Refinery is the founder and owner of the Polesie-Agroinvest agricultural company. In 2023, the growth rate of gross agricultural output here amounted to 101.5 percent against a year earlier. According to the results of work for January-June 2024, gross production made up 109.4 percent compared to the same period in 2023. In January-May 2024, revenue from the sale of products, works and services totalled Br18.9m (100.3 percent against the same period in 2023). Net profit stood at Br 841,000 (198.3 percent against the same period last year).
