Lukashenko: state will help promote Belarusian electric bicycles and motorcycles
During his today’s conversation with the MotoVeloZavod and Minsk City Technopark employees, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has promised to support Belarusian manufacturers in the market promotion of electric bicycles and motorcycles
One of the issues concerned the provision of electric bicycles to the police, military, doctors, postal and other services, especially in rural areas. Speaking of whether this initiative can be supported and implemented as part of a state order, Aleksandr Lukashenko noted, “Our people can produce anything, and sales are the key point. Once you have produced something, sell it. We will find ways to support you. We will help you with bicycles and motorcycles – [to sell them] not only here, but also in foreign markets, but do remember: it is your job.”
