Lukashenko proposed to work out organisation of Minsk-Barnaul direct flight

During his today’s meeting with the Governor of Russia’s Altai Krai, Viktor Tomenko, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko proposed to work out the issue of organising a direct flight between Minsk and Barnaul, BelTA reports

The Head of State stressed that Belarus is interested in developing tourism with the Altai Krai. “This is one of the most beautiful, simply fabulous regions of Russia,” he said. “Good transport links – or rather, the opening of a direct flight between Minsk and Barnaul – are necessary to activate business and tourist trips. In my opinion, it is also a topical issue for mutual study."
