Lukashenko congratulated Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon on his birthday

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on his birthday – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service

“I know you as an experienced statesman and a strong national leader, enjoying undeniable respect among the citizens of Tajikistan and well-deserved authority abroad,” the congratulatory message reads. “I highly appreciate your work in the name of peace and prosperity of the country, to increase its prestige in the international arena.”

The Belarusian Head of State underlined that he attaches great importance to the development of Minsk-Dushanbe co-operation and values friendly and time-tested relations with the President of Tajikistan.

“I will be glad to continue the trusting dialogue and close joint work on current issues of the bilateral regional and global agenda,” added the Belarusian leader.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Emomali Rahmon strong health, prosperity and further success in his responsible activities.
