Lukashenko congratulated Slovak PM Fico on his 60th birthday
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico on his 60th birthday, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
"I express my gratitude for the kind wishes on the occasion of my anniversary and, in turn, I cordially congratulate you on your 60th birthday. People in Belarus know and appreciate the dedication and energy with which you have been defending the interests of your country for many years. Your adherence to principles and desire to move forward, the ability to gather like-minded people around yourself, to express your opinion directly and openly are important qualities of a true statesman. I hope to have a personal meeting with you in the near future for a detailed discussion of common topics. I will be glad to welcome you to the Belarusian land," the congratulatory message reads.
The Head of State also thanked the Prime Minister of Slovakia for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to the Belarusian delegation during the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Robert Fico good health, longevity and strength to serve for the benefit of Slovakia and its people.
