President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated foreign leaders on New Year holidays, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
Congratulations on behalf of the Head of State were sent to the leadership of the Russian Federation, leaders of the CIS countries, as well as state, political, public, creative and religious figures, representatives of business circles of the CIS members, heads of other countries in various regions of the world, as well as heads of international and regional organisations.
