Lukashenko approved draft Belarusian-Russian agreement on procedure for mutual enforcement of court orders

Head of State Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on the procedure for mutual enforcement of judicial decisions of the courts of both countries as a basis for negotiations. As reported by sb.by with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service, relevant decree No. 404 was signed by the President of Belarus on October 31^st.

Belarus’ Justice Ministry is authorised to negotiate the draft document and to sign it when an agreement is reached within the approved project.
