Lukashenko addressed Zelenskyy with the only message
The leadership of Ukraine must do everything to stop the war in their country – as stated by the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Diana Panchenko, BelTA reports
According to the journalist, it was personally very difficult for Volodymyr Zelenskyy to live through the deterioration of relations with Aleksandr Lukashenko. “He took that painfully, despite the fact that Ukraine had imposed sanctions, as you said, before the EU. Do you have any words left for him?" she asked the President.
"I have only one message right now. I would like to tell him: ‘Volodya, the war is going on in your country, on your land. It is necessary to do everything not to make it worse. Yes, what is done cannot be undone, and those who are to blame for this will have to be answerable. Meanwhile, it is necessary to stop today. The negative development of events must be stopped. It will be negative primarily for Ukraine’. These are the only words I want to tell him today – so that he hears them. Further actions need to be taken from this point,” the Belarusian leader responded.
