Kryshnev commented on unscheduled military drills in Belarus
Combat training events constantly take place in Belarus, with a focus made on unscheduled actions – as noted by Deputy Commander of the 7th Engineer Regiment for Ideological Work Anton Kryshnev in his talk with SB TV
The expert underlined that our country is not going to attack anyone, “Our military units are at reduced strength; we are not carrying out any mobilisation. It’s just constant, everyday combat training. Some events are planned, but the main focus is on the unplanned measures. Unexpected arrival on an ordinary weekday, setting a task to carry out – that’s all.”
Unscheduled events enable us to assess the level of training of the Belarusian army, reveal problematic issues, and once again make sure that our gunpowder is dry.
“Carrying out such events helps us to understand whether our equipment and personnel are capable of fulfilling the tasks set by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. We need to know how our military units will react, how interaction will take place with the component military registration and enlistment offices and civilian organisations, and what problematic issues will arise,” he added.
Everything is worked out to the smallest detail, and the result is not long in coming, said Anton Kryshnev. According to him, the unscheduled military drills that recently took place in Belarus did not reveal any serious problems, “Everything was worked out at a fairly high level. The issues that arose during the process were not systemic in nature.”
