FM: relations between Belarus, Russia based on common interests and mutual understanding between their leaders

When countries co-operate very closely and are actually very close to each other, there will always be issues that will be at the forefront of their interests – as stated by Belarus’ Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov in his talk with Belarus 1 TV channel

“This is what distinguishes the co-operation between Belarus and Russia: we always find some solutions that suit both sides. I should say that personal, trusting relations between the leaders of our two countries are the basis for this, of course,” Mr. Ryzhenkov stressed.
