EU calls on European entrepreneurs to invest in Ukraine’s reconstruction
The European Union has launched a project that calls on European private companies to invest in the reconstruction of Ukraine, TASS reports
According to the European Commission, at the first EU-Ukraine investment conference, the EU announced a call (in force until March 1st, 2025) to mobilise Europe’s private investment in critical areas to support efforts to rebuild Ukraine. “By encouraging business partnerships and the participation of the EU private sector in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Ukraine, the EU also supports the further integration of Ukraine into the EU single market," the European Commission noted.
Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the EU has provided Kiev with almost 122bn Euros in financial, humanitarian and military assistance.
