Belarus, Venezuela discuss trade and economic co-operation

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Andrei Molchan, has met with the Minister of Industry and National Production of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza – as reported by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service

As informed, the sides discussed the state of the Belarusian-Venezuelan trade and economic co-operation, agreeing to give it a new impetus through ensuring a more active work of the joint ventures engaged in production of Belarusian tractors and other complex technical products.

In addition, a possibility of creating a joint working group to study new forms of interaction between Belarus and Venezuela in the industrial sphere was studied.
