As Mr. Murashov admitted he had contacted the Security Service employee via messengers. “In the course of our communication I shared information about the current state of affairs at the nuclear power plant,” he said, adding that he understood what regular shelling of the plant by the Ukrainian military could lead to.

“All these damages could lead to emergency situations, the most probable variant of attacks was conducted from the side of the Dnieper, from the Ukrainian cities of Nikopol and Marganets,” Mr. Murashov said.

In addition, station employees could suffer as a result of the Ukrainian military’s attacks.

Actually, the shelling of the nuclear power plant by Ukrainians has not stopped even after the visit of the IAEA delegation to the station. Earlier, a Ukrainian drone was dropped on the territory of the NPP, but – as the Zaporozhye Region’s Administration informed – the reactor was not damaged.
