Vučić: worst winter in Europe since 1945 expected
The coming winter will be the worst one for European countries since the end of WWII – as stated by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, RIA Novosti reports
Mr. Vučić noted that the residents of Serbia should also be prepared for an extremely difficult winter, “I want people to know that the next six and a half months — until March 31st — will be the most difficult for all of Europe after WWII.”
According to the Serbian leader, this time will also be one of the most difficult for Serbia since 1945. He added that more than 660m cubic metres of natural gas are now reserved in the Banatski Dvor underground gas storage in Serbia and in the storage facilities in Hungary – which should be enough for at least two months.
