It is informed that the navigation plan pursues two strategic goals: readiness for war with China by 2027 and ensuring the US Navy superiority in the long term.

It is noted that the US Navy plans to get rid of delays in the repair of ships, submarines and aircraft, to rapidly equip the fleet with drones and unmanned vessels, and also to focus on recruiting personnel.
