Ukraine to receive Spanish Leopard tanks immediately after Easter

Spain plans to transfer six Leopard tanks to Ukraine immediately after Easter, April 9^th, though not exact date is yet named, RIA Novosti reports

The Spanish Defence Ministry reported on March 23rd that six promised Leopard tanks will be sent to Ukraine at the end of the first week of April.

As reported, the tanks already scheduled for shipment have been repaired and are participating in firing exercises at the southern firing range of Spain this week. After receiving combat certification, they will be sent across the sea to Poland, and further to Ukraine.
