Ukraine received almost 190m Euros as a loan from WB to pay salaries
The World Bank has allocated a loan of about 190m Euros to Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports
According to the Ukrainian Finance Ministry, Kiev has already received funds. “The general fund of Ukraine’s state budget has received 189.32m Euros of funding from the World Bank. This money was provided on preferential terms from the International Development Association,” it said.
It is informed that the funds received will be used for partial reimbursement of state budget expenses for the remuneration of employees of state agencies and teachers for February of this year.
Ukraine must repay the loan in ten years, and the grace period makes four years.
