Polish security forces used weapons against persons who stayed on the territory of Belarus, sb.by reports with reference to the press service of the State Border Committee
According to the source, on October 7th, a video was spread on the Internet featuring signs of the use of firearms by the Polish military against persons staying on the territory of Belarus: the weapon was used directly through the Polish engineering barrier and the state border of Belarus.
"The State Border Committee officially declares that it was a border incident committed by an employee of Poland’s law enforcement agency from the Polish territory. An investigation into the case is underway, witnesses and victims of those illegal actions are being identified. In addition, based on the data obtained with help of the technical surveillance system, a set of measures is being carried out to establish the identity of a Polish serviceman who may have fired at a person located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus," the press service of the State Border Committee reported.
