Ryzhenkov: UN principles neglected when it comes to US interests

All the principles of the United Nations are thrown into the farthest ‘shelf’ when it comes to the so-called ‘vital interests’ of the United States and its closest satellites – as stated by Belarus’ Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov in his speech at the 79th session of the UN General Assembly

“If any state dares to pursue a policy in the interests of its people or tries to throw off the yoke of external management of its resources, the West starts referring to all possible conventions, paragraphs and their minor footnotes. Importantly, the whole set of illegal sanctions and pressure is used in relation to this country. This is the nature of all so-called colour revolutions, which lead to ordinary people’s suffering and upheavals. It is the path of the West. It is its recipe for a new world. By the way, this recipe is richly ‘seasoned’ with NATO weapons," Mr. Ryzhenkov stressed.
