Russian FM: foreign mercenaries crossing Russia’s border to be viewed as military targets

All foreign mercenaries who illegally cross the Russian border automatically become a legitimate military target for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, TASS reports

Stephanie Holmes, the Charge d'Affaires of the United States in the Russian Federation, was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry. “It was made clear that all foreign ‘specialists’ and mercenaries illegally crossing the border of our country automatically become a legitimate military target for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the diplomat was notified.
