Russia’s State Duma said power usurpation underway in Ukraine
Mikhail Sheremet, a deputy of the Russian State Duma who represents Crimea, said that since March 31st, the process of usurpation of power had been launched in Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports
According to the deputy, starting from March 31st, the process of usurpation of power has been launched in Ukraine. He noted that ‘Zelenskyy is losing his already far-fetched legitimacy and is becoming like an impostor who has pushed himself into a corner’.
Mr. Sheremet added that fear is pushing Zelenskyy to start bargaining not for the future of the country he has trampled, but for his own security.
The presidential elections in Ukraine were scheduled for March 31st, 2024, but were cancelled due to the imposition of martial law and general mobilisation. Volodymyr Zelenskyy himself stated that ‘it’s not the right time’ for the elections, stressing that this issue should be closed.
