A referendum on accession of the Lugansk People's Republic to the Russian Federation will be held on September 23rd-27th, TASS reports
The Chairman of the LPR People's Council, Denis Miroshnichenko, has informed today, “The People's Council decides to determine the days of referendum voting [time period from] September 23rd, 2022 to September 27th, 2022.”
In turn, as reported by RIA Novosti, a referendum on accession of the Donetsk People’s Republic to Russia is planned for September 23rd-27th as well.
“Donbass is coming home. I consider the draft law is well-timed, and I ask deputies to support it,” the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, stated.
In addition, a referendum in the Zaporozhye Region will be held on the same days: September 23rd-27th – following a corresponding decree signed today by the Head of the Regional Administration, Yevgeny Balitsky.
The authorities of the Kherson Region have also announced the dates for a referendum. As informed by the Head of the Regional Administration, Vladimir Saldo, it is scheduled for September 23rd-27th.
It is noted that this decision will secure the territories and restore historical justice – which is necessary in the face of constant acts of terror by the Kiev regime and NATO countries that are supplying weapons to kill civilians.
