Qatari companies keen on innovative solutions from Belarusian developers
As part of strengthening international business ties, the delegation of the Hi-Tech Park, headed by Deputy Head of the HTP Supervisory Board Secretariat Kirill Zalessky, visited Qatar to participate in significant events aimed at developing co-operation with potential Qatari partners. The delegation also included representatives of the park’s resident companies, sb.by reports citing the HTP website.
The HTP delegation held a meeting with the leadership of the Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP). One of the key events of the visit was the delegation’s participation in AI Week – a large-scale event dedicated to the 15th anniversary of QSTP. The conference was attended by leading experts in the field of AI.
HTP residents held a series of business meetings at the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event was organised with the effective support of Belarus’ Embassy and Qatar’s Ministry of Trade and Industry. During the discussions, successful cases of Belarusian companies were presented, which aroused keen interest among Qatari entrepreneurs and investors.
During the visit, the delegation held a number of meetings with other interested organisations, including the Qatar Financial Centre, the Qatar Mobility Innovations Centre, as well as IT and telecommunications companies. During the talks, the sides discussed opportunities for creating joint projects and expanding the presence of Belarusian IT companies in the Qatari market. The growing interest of Qatari companies in innovative solutions offered by Belarusian developers was noted.
