The Bryansk Region’s Governor, Aleksandr Bogomaz, informed earlier that, on the morning of March 2nd, a Ukrainian sabotage group penetrated the territory of the Klimovo District and fired at a car in the village of Lyubechane. A local resident was killed, and a ten-year-old boy was injured.

“[Neo-Nazis and terrorists] have committed today another act of terrorism, another crime. They entered the border area and opened fire on civilians. They saw it was a civilian car, they saw that there were civilians and children inside it. They opened fire on them. It was such people who set themselves the task of depriving us of historical memory, depriving us of our history, depriving us of our traditions and language," the President of Russia stressed.
