President's gratitude announced to lecturers and students of Belarusian universities
The gratitude of the President of Belarus has been announced to teachers and students of the country’s higher educational institutions. As reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service, the corresponding decree was signed by the Head of State, Aleksandr Lukashenko, on June 20th.
Five lecturers have received gratitude from the President for their fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, significant personal contribution to training of highly qualified specialists and development of creative abilities of the talented youth: the Head of the Department of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, Dmitry Gerasimenok; a senior lecturer of the Department of Physical and Mathematical Disciplines and Technical Support of Production and Processing of Livestock Products of the Grodno State Agrarian University, Vladislav Zhurko; the Head of the Department of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation of the Brest State Technical University, Vladimir Novoseltsev; the Dean of the Medical and Diagnostic Department of the Gomel State Medical University, Irina Nazarenko; and the Head of the Department of Textile Materials Technology of the Vitebsk State Technological University, Dmitry Ryklin.
In addition, the President's gratitude was announced to fourteen students from various universities of Belarus for their excellent academic achievements and active social activities.
