As noted by the Mongolian leader, that was the first high-level visit in the history of bilateral co-operation, and it had a historical, special significance as it opened a new page in the countries’ warm relations, aimed at strengthening their partnership.

“We have discussed in detail and exchanged views on the implementation of projects and programmes aimed at expanding our economic liaisons. They will undoubtedly bring economic benefits to both countries and become an iconic symbol in bilateral relations. We have agreed to establish joint centres for the assembly, repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, and the construction of livestock farms. We have also agreed on the need to intensify co-operation between our countries in the field of education and science. It is pleasant to note that Belarusian scientists will be engaged in archaeological excavations and field research in our country,” the President of Mongolia said.
Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh stressed that a large number of Mongolian citizens, who had got education in Belarus, contribute to the country’s development and act as a link between the two states. “We will continue to strengthen our friendly relations and will work to deepen co-operation in the economy, trade, and the humanitarian sphere for the prosperity of both countries and the well-being of our peoples,” he added.
