The poll results show that 57 percent of those questioned disagree that the French President has weight in determining the EU course, and only 42 percent of respondents believe that Emmanuel Macron manages to influence the European policy.

It is also noted that only 25 percent of the French consider France's membership in the EU beneficial and bringing more advantages than disadvantages. The opposite position is supported by more than a third (37 percent) of French citizens.
