Poll: 68% of Canadians want PM Trudeau to step down

Almost 70 percent of Canadians want Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to step down – according to the results of the Ipsos survey, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the Global News portal

The results of the survey showed that 68 percent of Canadians want Trudeau’s resignation. Moreover, 75 percent of respondents said they would not vote for the party of the current PM if elections were held in the near future. Only 25 percent of those polled said they were ready to give preference to the Liberals.

The study was conducted on June 12th-14th among 1,001 Canadians. Information about the margin error is not provided.
