Omsk Region Governor: we’re keen to invite Belarusian builders
The authorities of Russia’s Omsk Region are interested in inviting Belarusian builders, Omsk Region Governor Vitaly Khotsenko told reporters after his today’s meeting with Belarus’ President Aleksandr Lukashenko
He noted, “Belarusian builders are very well known in the Russian regions. They are building much in the Russian capital. Therefore, today I asked the President of Belarus to support us. We have more projects than builders. Alongside current projects, we have a range of megaprojects, which includes a port facility, whose construction will be launched in the very near future. The megaprojects also include the northern bypass of the city, a bridge crossing over the Irtysh River, a flagship school, as well as major overhaul of schools, kindergartens, college and university dormitories. A lot of money is earmarked for this, and we definitely can’t do it on our own. Therefore, I asked the President of Belarus to support us. If you have construction companies that are ready to work in our region, we’re keen to invite them.”
