Niger announced plans to train oil and gas specialists

It is reported that Saidou Mamadou, the Minister of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Niger, attended the opening ceremony along with the military and local authorities. According to media reports, the university will train engineers and technologists in the oil sector.

The National School of Oil and Gas opening took place against the background of an increase in crude oil production in Niger from 20 thousand to 110 thousand barrels per day.
